IPW Announce Summer Sizzler 2012!

On Sunday August 26th IPW:UK returns to The Wyvern Hall, Sittingbourne, for their next flagship show, ‘Summer Sizzler 2012’ as things are heating up and rivalries are reaching boiling point... this is a night of wrestling action you won’t want to miss!
Already confirmed is that Dragongate USA Open The Freedom Gate Champion Johnny Gargano will be making his UK debut and he can’t wait to make an instant impression on the great fans of IPW:UK as he goes into the Summer Sizzler wanting to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Sami Callihan & El Generico who have been able to establish themselves as semi-regulars. Gargano will be going all out to impress.
The main event of the evening is set as it will see ‘Party’ Marty Scurll look to become the first triple crown holder in IPW:UK history perhaps even more impressively he has the opportunity to hold all 3 belts at the same time! Scurll who has been on the roll of his life, enters the contest with momentum on his side however his journey to what he calls his destiny isn’t as simple as in his way is the hard hitting East Londoner and Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion: Sha Samuels. Samuels has been very vocal since last week Extreme Measures saying that he is being disrespected and on Sunday August 26th he will prove exactly why his is called CHAMPION.
The rules of the contest are simple as both me will collide in what is essentially a 30 minute iron man match. The man with the most falls (pinfall, submission, countout or DQ) at the end will be declared the victor. However there is also one key fact that has played a key part in past Iron Fist matches and that’s should one man be able to knock his opponent out for the 10 count then the contest will be stopped there and then and regardless of the scores and the man who’s standing will be declared the winner of the contest and the Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion.
Both men have very contrasting styles and this one could well go down as an all time classic as both men look to write history!
