Tag Team Rematch Signed For August 26th, Sittingbourne

It’s long been said that family’s that fight together, survive together and that is certainly the case when it comes to the unique brother tandem of Roy & Zak Knight: The Hooligans who proved their doubters wrong by doing what thus far what no team in IPW has been able to do and that’s defeat Project Ego and stake their claim as contenders to the Tag Team Championship which is currently held by Zack Sabre Jr. & Marty Scurll: The Leaders of The New School.
The Hooligans who captured the hearts of the Sittingbourne faithful from the second they stepped through the curtain may have won the battle but it was Project Ego who won the proverbial war as Martin Kirby left Zak Knight lying after a vicious briefcase shot with the IPW Money In The Bank Briefcase which is currently held by his tag team partner Kris Travis and entitles him to any match of his choice, in an IPW ring at anytime.
Whilst IPW matchmakers promised the winners of the said clash a title match at The Summer Sizzler, Marty Scurll was able to gain unlikely victory in the Extreme Measures Tournament which would see him given the opportunity to be the first triple crown holder in IPW history meaning that title shot would have to be postponed.
Following the precedent that IPW matchmakers set in the past they gave the Hooligans the opportunity to sit out and wait until their title match with The Leaders or to put their number one contendership on the line once more against Project Ego. Never ones to back down from a fight and more importantly looking to settle a score the Hooligans have jumped at the opportunity to rematch with Travis & Kirby and thus come Sunday August 26th IPW fans will get to witness The Hooligans vs Project Ego 2!
Therefore the current card for IPW:UK Summer Sizzler 2012 looks as follows:
30 Minute Iron Fist Match for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship:
