IPW:UK Double In-Ring Wrestling Training – March 16th, 2008
» In 2007 IPW:UK opened up a weekly training class at the Orpington Halls, home venue to the promotion. Every Sunday trainees would come along to the Orpington Halls and be trained by the likes of IPW:UK Champion and Head Coach Andy Boy Simmonz, as well as guest trainers like Martin Stone, Alex Shane and Doug Williams, as well as internationally famous names like Nigel McGuiness and the British legend Johnny Saint.
On March 16th however, IPW:UK will for the first time double the length of the training class – with a special session, running from 11am through until 5pm, with the session taken by head coach Andy Simmonz himself.
With new trainees coming to the school each and every week, IPW:UK boasts a strong feeling of friendship between trainees and trainers alike, and four of IPW:UK’s trainees have made it onto the main shows.
