IPW:UK To Take The Next Step – May 4th For Royale Rewards @ The Great Hall!!
» IPW:UK take the next generation step on May 4th as they make their debut in the Great Hall, a part of Bromley’s Civic Centre complex, in Kent. Full directions can be found on the IPW:UK website.
A marquee match for this landmark event will be none other than a massive IPW:UK Title match between NEW Champion ‘The Guvnor’ Martin Stone and Big Brother reality TV star, the one and only Billi Lightning!
PLUS, the IPW:UK return of former WWE star U-GENE!

Tag Team Action Signed For May 4th!!
» Over the past 3 and a half years IPW:UK has redefined the way that tag team wrestling is viewed in the UK. Thrown together combinations are no more, as we see a truly competitive tag team division filled with real teams: real friends who travel together, train together and know each other inside out.
The result is some of the most exciting matches ever to take place on these shores.
Despite moving to pastures new, May 4th will see IPW carry on an Orpington tradition as two of the best teams collide in what promises to be an all at war as both units are looking to solidify their claim for a tag team title match against current IPW:UK Tag Team Champions, The Kartel.
Live from IPW:UK’s new home: - The Great Hall, Bromley - the Untouchables combination of ‘Sadistic’ Jack Storm and ‘The Human Hate Machine’ Dave Moralez collide with exciting young duo Maximum Head (Max Voltage and Dan Head) in a tag team match that with so much riding on it promises to be a classic.
The Untouchables of course are no strangers to IPW tag team gold, having held the prestigious titles for seven months, defeating all competition including then Pro Wrestling NOAH Tag Team Champions Takeshi Morishima and Mohamed Yone, in the process establishing themselves as the best team in Europe and arguably the world. Since loosing the straps in September of 2006 in a breathtaking TLC match the Untouchables have been hell bent on reclaiming the belts they feel they should never have lost. May 4th represents the perfect opportunity to get themselves back into contention for the most coveted tag team titles in Europe today.
For Maximum Head the path hasn’t always been as rosey. The term ‘always the bridesmaid, never the bride,’ seems almost appropriate when talking about the combination. Maximum Head found wins hard to come by in their early days in IPW however in retrospect the young combination were mere rookies when they first stepped inside an IPW ring; however with each performance they became better, stronger and more confident. Perhaps their crowning moment came last February when they were able to gain a pin fall victory over the current tag team champions The Kartel in a thrilling street fight. They will look to emulate this success over the Kartel should a tag team title match arise and a victory here will no doubt put Maximum Head straight in line for their dream date.
