» As announced exclusively in this month’s Fighting Spirit Magazine, the next contest set for IPW:UK’s 6 Year Anniversary Show will see Pro Wrestling NOAH’s GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion Yoshinobu Kanemaru go one on one with one half of the Undisputed British Tag Team Champions Zack Sabre Jnr. in what could well be a career defining night for the ‘Leader’.
What’s more it has also been confirmed, that should the 5 time and current reigning and defending GHC Jnr Heavyweight Champion Kanemaru still be champion come Sunday August 1st he will be putting the prestigious gold on the line presenting Sabre with his biggest opportunity to date to not only impress Pro Wrestling NOAH management but also to all but book his plane tickets in winning the most prestigious Junior Heavyweight Championship arguably in the world today.
No one is more suited to the Japanese, hard hitting, technical style of wrestling than one half of the undisputed British Tag Team Champions Zack Sabre Jnr. And on Sunday August 1st he will get the opportunity of a lifetime when he goes one on one with Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Yoshinobu Kanemaru and with the possibility of having the GHC Jnr. Heavyweight Championship on the line the stakes could be even higher!
Sabre will no doubt be keeping his fingers and his toes crossed that Kanemaru will be able to hold onto the strap until he visits these shores on Sunday August 1st. Having competed extensively throughout Europe and debuting in the United States earlier this year Sabre would love nothing more than to cap off the perfect year by winning a title that will all but guarantee him the trip to Japan that fans around the wrestling world have been asking for.
