A protégé of the legendary Kenta Kobashi, Go Shiozaki made a name for himself in NOAH before becoming a regular in Ring of Honor during 2008 and winning the Full Impact Pro Heavyweight Title that summer. He appeared in IPW:UK early in his career, winning an incredible tag team main event with Doug Williams against the Briscoe Brothers at Summer Sizzler 2006.
