A man named Leroy Kincaide was ready and set to be Martin Stone's first ever challenger to the IPW:UK Title at New Territory 2005, in July of that same year. However, a mixture of things stopped this massive match-up taking place, and what a match the fans missed out on.
With all the politics out of the way, Kincaide finally made his IPW:UK debut at Brawl at the Hall 2005, coming in as the mystery partner of Jody Fleisch and Andy Boy Simmonz to take on Untouchables members Jonny Storm, Dave Moralez, and Martin Stone.
The crowd atmosphere when those two men went head-to-head was electric. It was like a breath of fresh air had been blown right into IPW, as Kincaide (unlike so many other heavyweights in British wrestling today) took his agility and his powerhouse physique and mixed them together, sending Stone off of his feet through pure brute force. To then go to the top rope and hit his trademark Spiral Tap—the sort of move you expect to see from an Aviv Maayan or a Paul Robinson—the crowd was amazed.
And so they should be.
