Max Angelous Biography

IPW:UK has always been a promotion that has spotlighted not only the best wrestler of today but also the stars of the future. Max Angelus has been earmarked as one of those stars.

 A product of Nottingham’s House of Pain wrestling school, the arrogant Angelus has quickly become one of the most in demand competitors in the country.

Utilizing a fast paced, high impact ring style, Max Angelus impressed IPW:UK matchmakers in 2011 and was given an opportunity to take on IPW:UK star Zack Sabre Jr at an event in Selsey earlier this year. Whilst Angelus did not win that contest, he impressed matchmakers, fans and even Sabre Jr himself who noted that Max was an incredibly tough competitor to beat.

 Following his debut, Angelus was granted a huge opportunity by being placed in the tournament to crown a new British Cruiserweight Champion. In his first round match at Sittingbourne, the brash young star was defeated by veteran grappler Dean Allmark. Once again however, Angelus proved that he is fast becoming a name to watch as he entered a fantastic showing of his abilities.

 Now eliminated from the cruiserweight tournament, Max Angelus must focus on establishing himself among the elite here in IPW:UK and Angelus himself would tell you that it will happen sooner rather than later.
