Since turning his back on the IPW:UK fans and forming the Leaders of the New School, Paul Robinson’s attitude has become the polar opposite of what it once was. Where previously Robinson was humble, hard-working and polite, he and his newfound team-mates have become arrogant, loudmouthed and ever more inclined to take legally dubious shortcuts in their matches. Whilst this attitude adjustment has turned even his most loyal fans against him, Robinson is winning matches and reaping the rewards - singles and tag championship matches, high-profile bouts against international stars such as El Generico - and one would be hard-pressed to find an argument against the underhand tactics of the Leaders - other than the IPW:UK rulebook, which is something Robinson and co have made perfectly clear they don’t care for.

No longer relying on fan support, but rather the support of Marty Scurll, Nikko Brixton and Zack Sabre Jr, Paul Robinson is a different young man to the one we have known. Whether this will bring him the success he craves remains to be seen.
