There are few wrestlers in Britain with more refined technical skills than Zack Sabre Jr. A breakout star of NWA-UK’s Junior Heavyweight division since age 15, Sabre has developed into an incredibly well-rounded and ring-savvy competitor, and has held his own against some of the best in the world, including former ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson. Many IPW:UK fans consider him a future star of the promotion, but such sentiments are almost always followed by some disdain - not for Sabre himself, per se, but for the partners he aligns himself with - the Leaders of the New School.

Since joining forces with notorious rule-benders Marty Scurll, Paul Robinson and Nikko Brixton in early 2008, Sabre has gone on to gain some high-profile victories, and with a history of championship pedigree since his teens, much bigger things are sure to be in his future. Whether or not the fans will be behind him is uncertain, but these days, it’s equally uncertain whether Zack Sabre Jr would care.
