If you have a question that isn't answered below, please feel free to contact us. The show is this weekend, where are my tickets? Our IPW:UK official show tickets are sent out at the latest of the working Monday before the show. If in doubt, please print out your receipt. I have not received my order Most items are delivered within 3-4 working days of your order being placed, but occassionaly due to postal delays or low service areas they can take longer. Please allow 7 days from the confirmation of dispatch before contacting us regarding a 'lost' order. I have forgotten my password If you cannot remember your password, you can retrieve a new password from our system here. Simply enter your email address and click 'Continue'; Your new password will be emailed to you within 15 minutes. I have ordered the wrong item If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to have it removed from your order, please attempt to contact us prior to it's dispatch. To cancel an item/order, please use the appropriate email address listed at the bottom of this page. How much is postage/shipping? Our postage/shipping rates are relative to the amount you order and your location. To accurate determine the shipping rates for your order, you must complete the first stages of the checkout process. My goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit If you wish to return your item, please read our Returns Policy and follow the process as explained. |
